Day 1: Arrive Hobart
- Arrive Hobart Airport, transfer to hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure to discover the colonialstreets of Hobart.
- Destination Information - Hobart – Is the capital city of Tasmania, the second oldest capital city of Australia. Located at the entrance of the Derwent River and with the picturesque backdrop of Mount Wellington.
Day 2: Tasman Island Wilderness Cruise And Port Arthur
- Depart Hobart and transfer to Port Arthur. Upon arrival commence your day with an unforgettable three-hour Tasman Island wilderness cruise along the spectacular coastline between Port Arthur and Eaglehawk Neck in southern Tasmania! The cruise travels beneath the highest vertical sea cliffs in the Southern Hemisphere at Cape Pillar, where you will get up close of personal with waterfalls, rock formations, archways and deep-sea caves on accessible by your custom-built boat. The coastline is part of the Tasman National Park, home to a variety of wildlife including hundreds of seals, migrating whales and abundant sea birds in their thousands. Your custom-built boat, is ideal for viewing the spectacular coastline and wildlife of the Tasman Peninsula. Covered open-air tiered seating means an excellent all-round view and connection with the environment. The boats are safe, comfortable and gentle on the environment due to their fuel efficiency and low emission operation. Upon conclusion of your cruise, enjoy lunch before visiting he World heritage site of Port Arthur. Enjoy a tour with your specialist local guide of the Port Arthur Historic Site, a key part of the colonial system of convict discipline. Remote, harsh, with no chance of escape, this was the perfect destination for hardened, repeat offenders. But Port Arthur was much more than a prison. As you walk within the Site on your privately guided tour, the powerful, personal stories of convicts, soldiers, free settlers and their families will reveal themselves to you. Port Arthur's tale is told in many ways. It will stay with you long after you have departed.

Day 3: Freycinet Peninsula – Wineglass Bay
- This morning continue up the coast to the Freycinet Peninsula, stopping en route to conquer the world famous Wineglass Bay Walk. Walk to one of Tasmania's most celebrated views—the crystal- clear waters and curvaceous white beach of Wineglass Bay. A beautifully constructed track takes you up through coastal woodland, past striking granite boulders, to the lookout. This is a steep uphill walk—around 1.3km each way— so walkers are advised to take advantage of the resting seats found along the way. Once you are at the saddle, it is not far to the lookout platforms and a view that will reward your effort. An occasional bonus for some is the sight of whales or dolphins in the bay! Upon conclusion, transfer to your lodge and enjoy some time at leisure upon arrival followed up dinner with your group.

Day 4: Freycinet Marine Farm
- This morning enjoy a Freycinet Oyster Farm Experience! Pop on some waders and walk out into the crisp waters of Freycinet Marine Farm. Learn from a genuine oyster farmer how they grow their juicy oysters. Taste delicious pacific oysters fresh out of the water, Learn how to shuck them and then enjoy with cooked mussels paired with a glass of Freycinet Vineyard premium wine for your lunch. In the afternoon Design Your Own Day as you jump on a water taxi, the most popular way to explore the peninsula. Whether you’re after a short walk, a long hike, or simply to spend the afternoon on a secluded beach, your aqua taxi will take you where you want to go. Just let your skipper know where you want to get off and when you want to get picked up!

- Destination Information - Freycinet Peninsula – Is a large Peninsula located in the Freycinet National Park. It is where the rugged coastal bushland meets the coasy. It is a place of wild beauty; white sandy beaches and turquoise waters.
Day 5: Freycinet – Bicheno – Launceston
- Head further north up the scenic coast today and to the Bicheno Blowhole and Beach! The geyser erupts with varying force and the water makes different shapes with every surge of the ocean. It can also blow with great force even when the ocean is relatively calm so never turn your back on the blowhole. No matter when you visit, your time near this curious and playful geological formation promises to please. Enjoy a delicious lunch and glass of wine at Devil's Corner winery before continuing onto East Coast Natureworld which sits amongst 150 acres of natural parkland and lagoons and is the perfect place to experience Tasmania's unique animals, birds, reptiles. Enjoy a 2pm feeding demonstration of the Tassie Devils and an opportunity to ask the Keepers questions, followed by some time to feed the free range animals (Kangaroos, deer etc) before continuing onto Launceston..

Day 6: Tamar Valley
- Depart on your Full Day Tamar Valley food and wine tour! Be prepared for a delicious day out where you will enjoy award winning cheeses, local produce and premium wines all set against the sweeping vistas of Tamar Valley Your premium cool climate wine tasting adventure begins when your specialist local guide picks you up and escorts you to the first of four cellar doors, providing fun and informative commentary along the way. Included today is a generous plattered lunch with wine! Tamar Valley wine varietals you'll sample today include Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir along with a few other exotics that really create a real sense of discovery.
